Melbourne Cup celebrates Spring is what I believe this outfit is all about. I fell in love with this dress from the first moment I saw it, and I had to wait patiently for it to arrive from overseas. I wanted to inject my own flare and decided to create a flower fascinator to really enhance the Spring and femininity of the dress, adding in a pop of lemon.
