Inspiration for this outfit began with this beautiful millinery. The tulle bow around the millinery adds a feminine edge to a structured outfit, so I knew that this outfit had to have a great balance of both. The contrast of the muted cool tones of blue and green added with pops of white add a crispness to the ensemble.
