I love a puff sleeve and adore this hot pink and gold brocade from Spotlight. I took the fabric to Vietnam and, along with my tailor we designed this dress. I then found the Rebecca Share Millinery and it matched the gold scrolls in the dress fabric. I feel fabulous wearing it.
