Going “full bloom” was definitely on my mind when I saw this fabric. The Colbolt blue background with the fresh white flowers and aqua blue accents is how spring feels to me. I wanted to keep my millinery feminine and simple which had the most beautiful intricate blue quills to match the colours in my dress. To complete my spring carnival look, I accessorised with classic white heels and bag to match.
