Best Dressed Competition 2022

Australia, WA

Inspired by the pleats and silhouettes of Dior's Corolle and Tulip collections, and Queen Elizabeth’s style circa 1947. The colour palette is based off Pilbara (spring time) where I was born and raised. Muted browns and greens in the floral print represent the dry landscape, and the luxurious green sateen contrast mimics the bold contrast of wildflower season. The Queen wore this shade of green to watch her horses race 2019 Dubai Spring Trials.
